Do I have to buy shoes afterwards?
No. You pay R250, you get your analysis, you leave with recommendations. Whether you buy shoes from us, somewhere else, or stick with what you've got — that's your call. We don't run a high-pressure shoe-sales pitch. That's not how we work.
How long does the session take?
About 30 minutes. You'll run for 5–8 minutes on the treadmill, the AI does its thing, then we sit down and walk through your results together. In and out.
What should I wear and bring?
Standard running kit — shorts or running tights, a t-shirt, and the shoes you currently train in. We need to see your legs clearly, so avoid baggy tracksuit pants. Bring water if you want it.
Do I need a booking, or can I walk in?
Both work. A booking guarantees your slot — especially on Saturdays. Walk-ins are welcome whenever the treadmill is free. Book online or message us on WhatsApp at 083 227 6212 to check availability.
Is this a substitute for seeing a physio or biokineticist?
No, and we'd never claim it is. Gait analysis identifies movement patterns and matches you with appropriate footwear. If we spot something that needs medical input — pain, structural asymmetry, persistent injury — we'll tell you to see a professional and we can recommend trusted local physios and biokineticists.
